You can add your own logo and add content on the marketplace homepage and welcome page, but the look and feel cannot be changed for marketplaces in our starter plans. If this is a requirement, please review our enterprise plans.
We try to respond immediately but if we cannot, we will respond within 24 hours. We do not communicate with individual traders unless absolutely necessary.
No, you can configure the marketplace to be available to the public, to traders with a specific email domain, and/or to an invite list.

Yes. If you upgrade or downgrade your plan the new monthly charge will be reflected on your next bill. If you cancel, your marketplace will be deleted immediately.
